Shipping & Returns


All products are shipped via Canada Post and shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. Your order will be shipped using the shipping option you choose.

Please note that if you choose a non-tracked option and your package does not arrive, we will not be able to support you regarding your order. 


Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. This includes the detachable tag. If the detachable tag is removed, the product will not be eligible for a refund. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is being returned due to damage or defect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.

Provide your order number and details regarding the item(s) you wish to return.


Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

All orders that have been sent to a destination within the US or Canada, will have their sales taxes refunded.

Customs duties and sales taxes from orders placed outside of the US or Canada are non-refundable. These fees may be recovered by contacting your local customs bureau.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to show up on your account as a result of varying processing times of payment providers.

Note that we do not refund shipping nor duties fees.


Custom Products

Customized goods, such as shirts and caps wear with custom names words, or colors cannot be returned. When making a custom purchase, please be mindful of the order details and size charts.  


Our Policy

If your product is defective or damaged in transit, you may submit a return/exchange, within 14 days of delivery, for a full refund or equal valued exchange.
