Messages regarding returns enter the system at webmaster@shirts.wiki.


Damages and Issues

  • Orders are to be inspected upon reception.

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect artifacts should be recorded as input immediately.

  • The system evaluates recorded issues.

  • Remediation occurs according to system rules.


Non-Returnable Artifacts

  • Each artifact is unique and modified per user input.

  • Refunds are not issued for standard artifacts.

  • Exceptions occur only for defects or damage during transit.


Refund Process

  • Returned artifacts are received and inspected.

  • Approval is determined by the system.

  • Approved refunds are applied to the original transaction input.

  • Processing duration depends on external financial systems.
