Shipping & Fulfillment Protocol

All physical goods are dispatched via Canada Post.
Shipping cost and service level are calculated automatically during checkout, based on destination and selected delivery method.

The system will process and ship the order using the shipping option selected at the time of submission.

Non-Tracked Shipments
If a non-tracked shipping method is selected and the package does not arrive, the system is unable to verify transit status. Under these conditions, no investigation, replacement, or refund can be initiated.


Personalization & Finality Clause

All shirts and related garments produced by the system are personalized outputs.

Personalization includes, but is not limited to:

  • Color combinations

  • Positioning

  • Scale

  • Orientation

  • System-applied variations

  • User-selected or system-modified parameters

Because each item is generated specifically for a single order, all sales are considered final once production begins.

Refunds or returns are not available for personalized products, except in cases of verified defect or transit damage (see below).


Refund Processing Conditions

If a refund is authorized, it will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Orders shipped to Canada or the United States will have applicable sales taxes refunded.

  • Customs duties and foreign sales taxes for destinations outside Canada or the United States are non-refundable.
    These charges are administered by local authorities and may be recoverable by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Refund processing times may vary by payment provider. Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear after approval.

Shipping fees and customs duties are not refundable.


Defects & Transit Damage Exception

If a product arrives defective or damaged in transit, a return or exchange request may be submitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

Upon verification, the system will authorize:

  • A full refund or

  • An exchange of equal value

No other exceptions are recognized.
